On the left side of the File page there are several menus displayed.

To upload or create a new file or files directly in Deka Drive, press the plus icon and it displays several buttons that can be used.
Following are the steps for creating a new file on Deka Drive. After pressing the add button on the All files page, select one of the file types to be added.
Specify the file name of the file to be used and press the Create button.
Wait until the selected file opens and displays the work page.
To add files to Deka Drive after click the add button on the All Files page and select Upload.
Then a window will appear showing your local File Explorer. Select the file or folder to upload and press the Open button.
Wait until the process is complete and the uploaded files appear on the All files page.

Used to upload files available on your local to Deka Drive.
Folder
Used to create a new folder on the Files page.
Diagram
Used to create visual displays based on available data and information and can be saved/exported in PNG, JPEG, WebP, SVG, PDF, VSDX, HTML, XML and URL formats.
Text File
Used to create new text files and can be saved in .txt format.
Document
Used to create word processing files and can be saved/downloaded in several formats including DOCX, PDF, ODT, DOCXF, OFORM, DOTX, PDF/A, OTT, RTF, TXT, FB2, EPUB, HTML, JPG, and PNG.
Spreadsheet
Used to create worksheet files consisting of columns and rows and can be saved/downloaded in several formats including XLSX, ODS, CSV, PDF, XLTX, OTS, PDF/A, JPG, and PNG.
Presentation
Used to create attractive presentation files using slides, sentences, figures, graphics, video and sound and can be saved/downloaded in several formats including PPTX, PPSX, PDF, ODP, POTX, PDF/A, OTP, JPG and PNG.
Form Template
Used to create word processing files that can be saved/downloaded in several formats including DOCX, PDF, ODT, DOCXF, OFORM, DOTX, PDF/A, OTT, RTF, TXT, FB2, EPUB, HTML, JPG, and PNG.
Form Template from Existing File
Used to create files from template formats available on your Deka Drive Files page.
All Files
Displays all files to be accessed.
Favorites
Display all files marked with a yellow star.
Shared with you
Displays all the files shared with you by a user or group.
Shared with others
Displays all files you have shared with a user or group.
Shared by Link
Displays all the files you shared via public links.
External Storage
Files you can access on external storage devices and services such as Dropbox, Google, and Amazon S3.
