# Power On Instance

Power on is turning on an instance previously turned off, allowing the VM instance to run the required applications or services. This process involves booting the operating system, and once active, you will be charged based on resource usage such as CPU, memory, and network. To turn on the Instance, click the More button, and select Turn On.

Wait until the startup process is complete and a notification appears "Instance \[vm-name] has been successfully turned on.
