# Export to PDF

You can download reports from the Deka Agent system service in the Cloudeka portal service via two menus:

1. **Instance**, On the Cloudeka portal service page, select Instance in the Deka Flexi menu.

On the Instance page, select the Instance that already has Deka Agent service

The Instance Details page appears, select Deka Agent and press the Export to PDF button.

2. **Monitoring**, On the Cloudeka portal service page, select Deka Agent in the Monitoring menu.

The Deka Agent page appears, determine the Instance that has subscribed to Deka Agent in the Instance Filter column.

Press the Export to PDF button and the Export All Metrics Deka Agent window will appear. Determine the time range that will be displayed in the Date Picker column. Press the Download button to download the Deka Agent system report.

The downloaded report will display as below.
